the Libyans after a month of singing and celebrating,they found them selves under the effect of a strong hangover of long four decades of dictatorship and a labyrinth of major and minor endless problems.

 

 What will be The political scenario in Libya after the death of Gheddafi ?

 

 Recently the inhabitants of Tripoli have demonstrated against the armed militants who control the city in a fierce way and controlled by three war lords: field marshal Khalifa Hifter,Abdulhaki Belhaj and a certain Abdullah Naker !  

  Mr. Naker is Unknown leader who  spent years of his life repairing Radios and Televisions in the down town of Tripoli, but seems that he managed to join the rebels of his native town Zintan just at the end of armed struggle to get rid of Gheddafi. This latter `s favorite hoppy is to appear in the media and remind the Libyans of Tripoli that if it was not him, the three millennium old city would have fallen under the hands of Mr., Belhaj!

But, who the hell is this Belhaj?

 His majesty is a Former prisoner at Guantanamo and he was return to his native city was coincided with the day of liberation 20 Aug, When he appeared to Aljazeera as the savior of Tripoli with his extraterrestrial war techniques! However, many people that I personally know say that, Mr. Belhaj was sleeping when Tripoli was freed of Gheddafi, of the Liberation he got just that interview with Aljazeera and a punch of papers and stamps to proof that he is the legitimate military counselor of Tripoli! In addition, he is highly supported by the state of Qatar and Jalil himself.

while Hifter is just back to Libya after years of America exile, the man was the commander of the Libyan forces that fought against Chad when he was captured in 1988!

 On the other hand, the militias (majority came from Zintan) that belong to Mr. Naker became heavy guest for the inhabitants of Tripoli and Libyans in general.recently   the militants forced the Tunisian and Maltese airline flights to take off according to their well not to the schedule, while the Berber militants attacked  the Tunisian borders seeking war booty and bottles of bad quality of Tunisian beer and smuggled cigarettes,

 The Libyan government is too far and too weak to solve such problems, as it is formed of Libyans with foreign passports that passed at least half of their life in exile like Mr. Alkip the prime minister, a Tripoli native with American passport! The female minister of health, Ms Fatima Hmaroush who was born in Libya but brought up in Ireland, seems Irish rather than Libyan.

 President of the Libyan Republic in theory Mr. Jalil in his first speech instead of giving the main lines of his temporary politics, he gave the green light to the polygamy! As if, it was a priority for the Libyans! Nevertheless he is from Cyrenaica, he was strongly criticized the other week at the heart of Benghazi … what was his reaction?

Benghazi is the economic capital of Libya…… that was Jalil`s response to the protestors as he fears some voices especially in Cyrenaica asking for the federalism rather than a central government in the far city of Tripoli!

Benghazi can become an excellent economic capital of Libya due to the of its inhabitants, part of them descent of Greek, Turkish and Jewish origins rather than others of the famous Misurata.. Benghazi can be a flourished city as well, thanks to its vicinity to the oil fields, water resources and the historical archaeological sites of Cyrenaica.

The people of Benghazi want to know the names of members of the transitory council! The five stars members as many of the reside in Tibesty and Ouzo hotels of Benghazi, they are asking real transparency especially in the future economic deals, they are asking  about the Qatar rule in their country post Gheddafi.

 In addition to the security and government problem, there is another huge problem..Lack of cash at the banks, people can not withdraw their money for the last ten months! Due to the refusal of the western countries that have frozen the Libya assets, to hand over the money to a country in such condition, suffering the abundant quantity of arms in unknown hands.

 

After the long nightmare of their  freedom fight , Libyans today are uncertain about their destiny with many appearing  troubles and turbulence but nevertheless of all that, there have been appearing many positive signs of democracy and pluralism in a country in which the image of the pontific maximums is strongly present for the last have century! There have been founded many parties, human rights associations, blogs, news papers among them one is dedicated to the Libyan antiquities and archeological sites, there have been calls to recognize and give more political and cultural spaces to the Berbers, while many others struggle for the rights of the Libyans Jewish community in exile! Actions that testify the thirstiness of Libyans for a democratic modern state.

 

Roba da Libici

i Libici dopo un mese di canto e feste  e dopo una lunga lotta in ricerca della liberta`, si sono svegliati con una forte sbornia di tanti problemi dovuti ai lunghi quattro decenni di dittatura.Mancanza di sicurezza e dinaro, vecchia guardia che commandano la nuova Libia, conti da sladare tra chi era pro o anti Gheddafi e tante altre storie.

 la settimana scorsa, gli abitanti di Tripoli hanno manifestato contro i militanti armati che controllano la città in modo  feroce ricordando i Tripolini i soldati di Gheddafi, gruppi di militanti che hanno liberato Tripoli il 20 Aug raggiungendola dall` interno del paese.

Gran parte di questi gruppi che sono impadroniti alla capitale  appartengono ad un certo Abdullah Naker e ad un certo Hakim Belhaj , ma ci sono altri che appartengono ai militanti di Misurata ed anche all` ex novo il Maresciallo Khalifa Hifter ! ma siamo nella nuova Somalia? E chi sono questi signori della guerra?

Sig. Naker è personaggio sconosciuto ai Tripolini , ha speso anni della sua vita a riparare radio e televisioni in un negozio al pieno centro di Tripoli, ma in qualche modo e` riuscito ad unirsi ai ribelli della sua città natale Zintan solo alla fine della lotta armata per contro Gheddafi. Quest'ultimo ,cioe` Naker sta mostrando duro ed il salvatore della patria sulla scena di Tripoli dopo Gheddafi  , apparindo spesso sulla media  locali ed internazionali ricordando i Tripolini che se non fosse lui, la loro città  non sarebbe liberata da Gheddafi e sarebbe caduta sotto le mani del Sig. Belhaj! E per tale motivo ne` lui ne` suoi militanti getterano` le arme!

Ma chi Minchia sarebbe questo Hakim Belhaj?

 
 Sua Maestà è un ex detenuto a Guantanamo ed  il suo ritorno  alla sua città natale era coinciso con il giorno della liberazione 20 agosto, quando era mostrato su Aljazeera come il salvatore di Tripoli con le sue tecniche di guerra extraterrestre e le tattiche delle sue cellule dormente! Belhaj s` nominato il capo del consiglio militare di Tripoli  con centinaia di persone armate sotto il suo commando, dalla loro parte gli abitanti della capitale Libica non ci credono a questa forte propaganda di Belhaj e dicono che sia sostenuto dal Qatar per essere il suo burrattino nella nuova Libia e temono il suo passato con Alqaida .

 Tutte queste milizie (maggioranza provenienti da Zintan) sono diventate un ospite pesante per gli abitanti di Tripoli e dei libici in generale  a causa dei loro comportamenti, Recentemente hanno costretto i voli  della compagnia aerea tunisina e maltesi a decollare in ritardo dall` aeroporto di Tripoli, mentre altri militanti hanno attaccato la confine Libico tunisina, in cerca di bottino di guerra ( bottiglie di birra  Tunisina di cattiva qualità e sigarette di contrabbando)
  in tutto questo caos il cosidetto governo libico provvesorio  è troppo lontano da questi fatti,anzi derei troppo debole e non trova i meccanismi per risolvere tali problemi, questo governo è fortement criticato da gran parte dei Libici non solo perche` formato da libici con passaporti stranieri che passavano almeno la metà della loro vita in esilio come il signor Alkip il primo ministro, nativo di Tripoli col passaporto americano! Il ministro della salute, la sig.ra Fatima Hmaroush sembra piu irlandese piuttosto che libica, dopo anni di vita nella terra natale di sua madre.
  non mancavano le critiche al Presidente Jalil ,il quale nel suo primo discorso, invece di dare le linee principali della sua politica transitoria, ha dato il via libera alla poligamia! Come se, era una priorità per i libici! ma nonstante che sia dalla Cirenaica , anche lui era fortemente criticato con una grande manifestazione al centro di Bengasi .

 come ha reaggito?
Bengasi è la capitale economica della Libia ... ... cosi era stata la risposta di Jalil per i manifestanti, temendo i forti voci in Cirenaica che chiedono un sistema federale, piuttosto che un governo centrale nella città lontana di Tripoli!
 Bengasi può essere una città fiorente ed ottima capitale economica grazie alla sua vicinanza con i giacimenti petroliferi,le risorse idriche ed ai siti storici archeologici della Cirenaica,ma La gente di Bengasi e` scese nella piazza non per parlare del federalismo Sig.Jalil ma vuole sapere almeno i nomi dei membri del tuo consiglio transitorio ! I membri di cinque stelle ,visto che gran parte di questi membri risiedere negli alberghi cinque stelle di Tibesty,  i manifestanti chiedono vera trasparenza, sono preocupati dal ruolo del Qatar nel loro paese dopo Gheddafi.

 
 la Libia dopo Gheddafi non ha solo un problema di governo e milizie armate ma c`e un problema ancora piu enorme ...... La mancanza di liquidità presso le banche(cash), la gente non può ritirare i propri soldi negli ultimi dieci mesi! Questo governo invece ritiene che  cio` era dovuto al congelamento degli asetti Libici nelle banche internazionale, ma la verita` che questi paesi occidentali non vogliono o ritardano lo scongelamento dei conti di un paese cosi fragile con una quantita` enorme di arme nella mano di gruppi  che potrebbero essere estremisti.

  i Libici oggi ,dopo il lungo incubo della loro lotta per la libertà sono incerti e li aspetta un destino insicuro con molti problemi turbolenze, ma dall`altro lato invece, ci sono apparsi molti segnali positivi di democrazia e  pluralismo in un paese che ha vissuto sempre sotto l`ombra del dio sulla terraè nell ultimo mezzo secolo, in  questi ultimi mesi sono stati fondati molti partiti, associazioni di diritti umani, blog, Tv, giornali tra cui una dedicata alle antichità  e siti archeologici della Libia, sono state tanti appelli a riconoscere e dare più spazi politici e culturali per i berberi, mentre molti altri lottano con la comunità ebraica libica in esilio  ! segnali che testimoniano la assetate di libici per uno Stato democratico e moderno per tutto il mosaico della societa` Libica.

دكتاتوريات ليبيا من سبتيموس سيفيروس الى معمر القذافى

هل كان معمر القذافى اخر دكتاتور ليبى؟ هل ادرك العب الليبى معنى الحرية وهو مستعد فعلا للديمقراطية؟ ام ان قدره ان يعيش تحت الجزمة كما يقول المصريون؟  الان وبعد الثورة   لننعش ذاكرتنا ونعود الى تاريخنا الملئ بالحكم الفردى والأستبداد والذى اسرده هنا فى سطور بسيطة.

احمد الفرجانى  :

فى عام 630 ق.م جاء الاغريق الى شحات او قورينا وبدوا فى الأستيطان بها ثم بنوا سوسة وطلميثة وتوكرة وبنغازى الحالية المعروفة قديما بأسم هيسبيريدس, كان اول ملك يونانى لشحات شخصا يدعى باتوس والذى حكم لمدة 40سنة وبعد وفاته تولت سلالته حكم اقليم برقة لمده 200 سنة اخرى,اى بعبارة اخرى كان باتوس اول دكتاتور فوق الأرض الليبية.

 على الجهة المقابلة اى فى اقليم طرابلس الذى عانى سكانه من استبداد هانيبال القرطاجى قبل ان يأتى الرومان ويستولوا على ليبيا فى بداية القرن الأول قبل الميلاد. عاش الليبيون تحت استبدا اغسطس والذى حكن الأمبراطورية الرومانية لمده 44 سنة. فى نهاية القرن الثانى الميلادى وصل الى عرش روما الأمبراطور الليبى الاصل سبتسموس سيفيروس وهو من مدينة لبدة الكبرى قرب مدينة الخمس الحالية, حكم سيفيروس ليبيا لمدة 18 سنة سيفيروس وكان ظاهرة فى الدكتاتورية فهو اله نفسه وقام بتوريث الحكم لسلالته والتى حكمت روما لثلاثة عقود اخرى حتى موت اخر امبراطور من هذه السلالة وهو اليكساندر سيفيروس.

  فى القرن السابع  الميلادى جاء العرب ونشروا الأسلام فى ليبيا التى اعتبروها ارض عبور بين قصور  حكامهم الدمشقيين والبغداديين وبقية اراضى الخلافة فى الأندلس والمغرب الأقصى, القرون الوسطى لم تغير شيئا فليبيا وقعت تحت حكم رودجيرو ملك النورمان فى صقلية ثم للممالك المغاربية مثل الحفصيين والموحدون وغيرهم, فى عام 1510 جاء الأسبان تحت قيادة ملكهم كارلو 5 وحكموا طرابلس لمده ثلاثين سنة, ثم اتى فرسان القديس يوحنا وبعدهم العثمانيون.

 يبدوا أن قدر ليبيا لم ينتهى بعد من حكم السلالات والأس رالحاكمة ففى  منتصف العهد العثمانى اى فى عام 1711 وصل الى سده الحكم احمد باشا القرمانلى الذى حكم وهو وسلالته ليبيا لمدة 125 سنة. جاء الأيطاليون لأيصال الحضارة الى الشواطى البربرية كما كانت دعايتهم الاستعمارية ولكنهم سلموا ليبيا الى دكتاتور أخر هو موسيلينى والذى ادخل ليبيا فى حرب لاناقة فيها ولاجمل بل وادعى انه حامى الأسلام الجديد.

 تخلص الليبيون من دكتاتورية موسيلينى والذى اعدم فى عام 1945 فى ساحة لوريتو فى ميلانو ولكنهم وبعد مضى 6 سنوات  وجدوا انفسهم تحت الحكم الملكى الذى يقوده الملك ادريس السنوسى والذى حكم ليبيا لمدة 18 سنة تحت لقب الملك الصالح وبأسم الاسلام.

فى عام 1969 بدأت عقود اخرى من الدكتاتورية وحكم الفرد بل والأسر الحاكمة فى ليبيا فقد حكم معمر القذافى ليبيا بأسم الشعب  واسم الديمة كراسى وكان يعد ليبيا لحكم ابنائه من بعده والذين قد يحموننا بأسم الأصلاحات ولكن القدر شاء ان نتخلص من اخر دكتاتور ليبى والذى تزامنت سنوات حكمه التى فاقت الأربعين عاما مع سنوات حكم اول دكتاتور على الأرض الليبية اليونانى باتوس حاكم  شحات.

GADAFI`S MISSING TITLE

We Libyans, have never been able to understand this man!  With his strong voice was he a brave person  while he was challenging the capitalist world in his long speeches?  Was he Nero when he destroyed a former colonial edifice to give way to a fancy restaurant for his honorable hosts?,  or emperor Augustus long 42 years of Pontefix Maximus?  Do we agree that he was Hannibal crossing the desert of Africa not with elephants but with full option Japanese Toyota to hold under the Africans?  Was he Nasser with his disastrous attempts of pan-Arabism?

His   borderline   philosophy was not evident just with his bizarre clothes and Cartier sunglasses but his vision to the world was sort of cracked divine comedy, Shakespeare according to his green vision was the British pronunciation to the Arab name of sheik Zuber!
However, today Gaddafi and his green book are over, unless he will teach it to the seventy-three devils at his infernal tent!

The Libyan people are the first to celebrate his green book lesson in the hell, as they had to absorb his sharp mood for long four decades without any hope of life! The five million nation instead of using terms like: infrastructures, decent Schools, gardens, stadiums, libraries and hospitals, its leaders have forced them to memorize other terms:
Bunkers, tunnels, prisons, barracks, bastions, any devices interception, checkpoints, security offices, military service!

 Everything was failed in Gaddafi `s Libya: education, health care, politics, agriculture, art, Literature and even security.

Gaddafi was failed even to proof that he was a military, as all his adventurous wars against Egypt, Chad, Uganda, were dramatically lost! Even in this last war, His faithful soldiers have failed even to shoot down a pigeon of the NATO coalition!

 Gaddafi was failed as a president of the republic from 1969 to 1977, as those years have seen many attempts of military coups and student demonstrations.

 Gaddafi  was failed  as  leader of the revolution as that his mixed salad political system called the Jamahiriya was is never been digested by anyone.

  Gaddafi as a thinker was big looser as well! His book Green has brought us to a an endless mental headache and indescribable schizophrenia.

Gaddafi was failed even as a father, as his sons are famously worldwide with their bad reputation as  les enfants terribles.

   he was failed as dictator Despite the arsenal of weapons from all the  world markets at his disposal, was not able to oppress his people who turned against him on 17 February .

Gaddafi was  failed as an architect ,as he was caught  not hidden in a world wonder  tent but in a gutter  of water badly built by his Chinese friends like a rat!

all those medals and badges on his weird uniforms of  G&D and all the countless titles like: Brother leader, thinker, revolutionary, leader of the revolution, pan-Arab, Pan-African, the prophet of the desert,  king of kings, the Imam of  Muslims, the savior of Jews and Palestinians...etc, despite all that vocabulary, exclusively dedicated to Gaddafi, he had missed the title of: 

the stupid dictator of humankind.

Il titolo che manca a Gheddafi

Noi in Libia non siamo riusciti a capire questo uomo, ci ha sembrato una  voce forte,un personaggio coraggioso che sfida tutto il mondo capitalista con i suoi discorsi alla Castro, ci ha sembrato Nerone ,abattendo un ex palazzo coloniale per costeruire un ristorante di lusso per i soui ospite, un Augusto con i soui 42 anni di leader maximus ,  o forse un` Annibale atraversando il deserto del Africa non sugli elefanti ma su Toyata full option! un Nasser con i soui tentativi del panarabismo, ma delle volte ci  ha sembrato anche stupido  o fingere di esserlo quando una volta nel 1995 rispondendo alla domanda di un giornalista Italiano:

ma Berlusconi e` il nome di un piatto tipico italiano?

 Ci ha sembrato un borderline con i suoi vestiti strani e le occhiali Cartier e perfino comico quando ritiene che Sheakspear e` un Arabo si chiamava sheik Zuberi , questo e` Gheddafi.

 Quindi Gheddafi e` finito  E` finita  anche la sua era  ,che e` stata dura sul popolo Libico il quale ha dovuto addattarsi all`umore del suo governatore Gheddafi che dalla sua parte aveva non solo  l`oro nero e ma anche un coure duro.

un coure duro lo hamostrato in governare un popolo di meno di sei milioni di abitanti vivono su una terra cosi vasta e cosi ricca .

pero` sembra la sua ricchezzae` stata una maledzione per il popolo Libico che anzi di godere la sua ricchezza nella costruzione di: scoule,giardini,stadi,librerie ed ospedali, il suo leader ha preferito altri termini:

Bunker,Tunnel,Carceri,Caserme,Bastioni,Apparechi di intercettazione,Posti di blocco,Ufficci di sicurezza,Servizio militare, ma ammettiamocela che ci ha dato l`onore ad ammirare le Scarpe ed i  soui Vestiti strani !

Gheddafi poteva tranquillamente vivere in santa pace con su popolo se fosse un pochino piu intelligente ma lui era intelligente ad essere un fallitore, un looser!

 tutto e` fallito con Gheddafi, in Libia tutto e` fallito l`istruzione, la sanita`, la politica,l`agricoltura,l`arte,la litteratura, la sicurezz.

Gheddafi e` fallito  anche di fare il militare quando tutte le sue guerre contro l`egitto,la Ciad,l`Uganda, l`occidente sono perse! perfino  in questa ultima guerra i soui soldati non sono riusciti neanche ad abattere un aereo della coalisione!

 Gheddafi e` fallito come un presidente  quando lo era per otto anni dal 1969 al 1977  in cui c`erano tanti colpi di stato,forche e manifestazioni studentesche .

 Gheddafi e` fallito come un politico o guida della revoluzione che il suo sistema politico la Giamhiria non e` mai stato digerito da nessuno.

 Gheddafi E` fallito come un pensatore che  il suo libro verde ci ha fatto  venire solo  il mal di testa. Gheddafi  E` fallito perfino come un padre che i soui figli hanno avuto una brutta reputazione nel mondo intero.

  E` fallito anche  come un dittatore che Nonostante  quel  arsenale di arme da tutto i mercati del mondo a sua disposizione , non e` riuscito ad opprimere il suo popolo che si rivoltato contro di lui il 17 febraio scorso.

Gheddafi e` fallito come un architetto trovando rifuggio non nelle sue ville tendate piene di Amazzone  ma in un tombino d`acqua pieno di sorci mal costeruito dai suoi amici Cinesi.

 Gheddafi e` fallito in tutto, non e` riuscito a passare nella storia come lui ha sempre voluto.  Con tutti quelle medaglie e distintivi attaccate sulle divise strane di Gheddafi e con tutti i titoli infiniti come:

Fratello leadrer,pensatore,Rivoluzionario, guida della rivoluzione,Panarabo,Panafricano, il profeta del deserto,il re dei rei, l`Imam dei Mussulmani,il salvatore degli Ebrei e dei Palestinesi .

con tutto quel dizionario dei vocabulari esclusivi a Gheddafi, gli  era mancato il titolo del: dittatore piu stupido dell umanita`.
